Individual Therapy

Online or in-person, this is designated for preparation for your journey, using somatic, gestalt or IFS therapeutic methods. A minimum of 3 sessions is required for a journey and is decided on a case by case basis.

Transformation Package

This package is created for those who are interested in working with me in a concentrated way. This package includes six 55-min sessions and one journey day.

*note that additional fees will be required to compensate the second sitter and possibly to cover the location of the journey
